Body Parts
Here I will describe different workouts for every important muscle, these you can perform if there is a certain body part that is lagging behind the others and you want to bring it up to standard or if you just wish to know the standard exercises for your muscles and how to perform them. All these body part exercises can be performed using dumbbells, a bench with leg extensions, a barbell and your own bodyweight. No need for fancy machines if your gym is a home gym.
